Sales Engineer

Who You Are:

- 2+ years presenting Enterprise Software for pre-sales and/or professional services. (Experience with SPM, CRM HCM, CPM or ERP an asset)
- Dynamic self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional sales team
- Embrace the challenge of working in a high pressure, time sensitive and high reward environment

- Like to stay current on the latest technology trends and growth
- Willing to travel across Canada and US

 

What you will be doing:

- Deliver Obero SPM product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
- Implement and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POC’s) to prospective clients
- Meet with clients to understand their business requirements and customize demonstrations accordingly
- Work closely with the sales teams to support the end to end sales cycle
- Contribute to the compilation of RFI, RFQ and RFP responses with sales operations team
- Support the professional services team in compiling client-specific proposals
- Design and deliver standard and customer specific training classes
- Work closely with the product marketing team to leverage information gained on staying current with technology, market and competitor trends.
- 10% travel across North America

 

Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science or Engineering an asset
- 2+ years presenting Enterprise Software for pre-sales and/or professional services. (Experience with SPM, CRM HCM, CPM or ERP an asset)
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate functional and technical concepts to a wide range of audiences including C-level Executives
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Relational and Multi-Dimensional databases
- Knowledge of Web Technologies – HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript (AngularJS)
