Account Executive

Obero is looking for an energetic, highly motivated, top performing Sales Account Executive to join our Team.


Who You Are:

2+ years of quota carrying software/technology sales experience
Experience with presenting and communicating to key decision makers I.e. C-level executives
Successful in closing complex sales-cycles
Top sales performer with a track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
Self-motivated, ambitious team player who excels in a high paced environment
Effective negotiator with keen ability to mazimize value and profitability in deals
Assertive and dedicated to prospecting efforts to build out 3x pipeline
Willing to travel across North America


What you will be doing:

Conduct sales/discovery calls and conduct demos, presenting the Obero SPM solution to prospective clients
Working with multiple internal teams you will create value of Obero’s enterprise suite of applications.
Collaborate with senior management on sales targets
Create and maintain up to date sales activities, forecast and reporting using Salesforce CRM
Craft strategies to plan, execute and optimize territory
Attaining new and reference-able clients
10% North America travel maybe required


Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 years of Account Executive experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience communicating with C- Level Executives
Expertise in sales tools/CRM an asset: Salesforce, LinkedIn, HG Data, Post Beyond, Hubspot etc…
Degree/diploma in Business or Communications is preferred
